Greetings RTA Trail Volunteers - We're back to the trails at Trione-Annadel on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024.
We will work from 9 am to 2 pm on Marsh Trail and Ridge Trail finishing the work started earlier this month. We will be splitting into two groups and removing vegetation from the trail corridor. Volunteers will park at the Warren-Richardson trailhead parking lot at the end of Channel Drive and be shuttled up Two Quarry Fire Road to Marsh Trail. We'll wrap at 12:30 pm and have lunch together near the marsh before heading back to the parking lot.
We will have tools and protective gear. Wear a long sleeve shirt and pants (poison oak is prevalent), and bring a hat for the sun (or jacket for rain), work gloves, sturdy shoes or boots and water that you can take with you while working.
RSVP REQUIRED for attendance. In order to reduce waste and avoid spending limited funds, please let us know if you need to cancel after registering so that we order the correct amount of food.
