Sonoma County’s largest trail construction project in over a decade is nearly complete at Taylor Mountain Regional Park and Open Space Preserve in Santa Rosa. Hikers, cyclists and equestrians will have access to an additional 450 acres and 8 miles of new multi-use trails, doubling the park’s existing trail network.
We will meet at 9:00 am at the end of Kawana Terrace Road (signed as private) and continue adding gravel to make the new Linwood Trail all-weather passable. We will have tools and snacks and after trail work we'll provide lunch with a variety of beverages. Wear a long sleeve shirt and pants, and bring a hat for the sun, gloves, and wear sturdy shoes or boots. And water that you can take with you while working. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact Ken at ken@trailsalliance.org
Thank you, Redwood Trails Alliance
