Greetings RTA Trail Volunteers - The next RTA trail work opportunity will be on Wednesday, January 29th. We will work from 9am to about 1pm at Trione-Annadel State Park to do touch-up work on RTA's recent improvements to the base of Lawndale Trail.
We will meet at the Lawndale parking lot and maker repairs to the surface from recent rains. Due to limited parking and work constraints, attendance is limited to 12 volunteers.
We will have tools and snacks and after trail work, we'll provide lunch and beverages. Wear a long sleeve shirt and pants (poison oak is prevalent), and bring a hat for the sun, work gloves, and sturdy shoes or boots. And water that you can take with you while working. RSVP REQUIRED for attendance. In order to reduce waste and avoid spending limited funds, please let us know if you need to cancel after registering so that we purchase the correct amount of food. Trail work is sponsored by the generosity of Friends of Trione-Annadel! Huge THANK YOU to FOTA for their support of the park.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact Ken at ken@trailsalliance.org
Thank you.
PS Can't make this one? Only available on weekends? Watch for additional dates at Trione-Annadel in February and March!
