Sonoma County’s largest trail construction project in over a decade is underway at Taylor Mountain Regional Park and Open Space Preserve in Santa Rosa. Hikers, cyclists and equestrians will have access to an additional 450 acres and 8 miles of new multi-use trails, doubling the park’s existing trail network.

We will meet at 9:00 am at the end of Kawana Terrace Road (signed as private) and split into teams focused on trail tread work, drainage features and vegetation removal. We will break for lunch at 12:30, work another 90 minutes, and then head back to the old Kawana Springs resort for a raffle and libations!
