WHEN: Saturday, August 9 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
(We'll work until 2:00 or 3:00 PM and return to the Community Center by 4:00 PM)
WHERE: Meet at the Occidental Community Center at 9:00 AM
WHAT: Install informational kiosks and map signs at trailheads

We’re heading into the newly expanded area of the park to install brand-new informational kiosks and map signs—an exciting project that involves plenty of teamwork (and post hole digging!).

What to Bring:

• Sturdy work clothes (no shorts, please)

• Gloves if you have them

• Closed-toe shoes or boots

What We’ll Provide:

• Lunch

• Beverages

• Tools and materials

Come get your hands dirty, make new friends, and help shape the visitor experience in this beautiful new section of the park. We look forward to seeing you there!
